Sending commercial communications

You consent to the processing of your personal data by Gymnázium FOSTRA International s.r.o., with registered office in Prague, Roháčova 1148/63, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, ID No.: 49244884, (hereinafter referred to as "Fostra") for the purpose of sending you commercial communications in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

To what extent will your personal data be processed by Fostra
Fostra will process the personal data that you provide to us in connection with the submission of contact forms (application forms), subscriptions and commercial communications. In particular, Fostra will process your first name, first name and acceptance as a prospective student, your e-mail, your telephone number, the date you subscribed to the newsletter, the date you confirmed your subscription to the newsletter and, where applicable, the confirmation IP address. If you unsubscribe from our commercial communications, we will also record the date of such unsubscription.

For what purpose will your personal data be processed
Fostra will process your personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending you commercial communications relating to products and services operated or managed by Fostra.

Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent. If you unsubscribe from our commercial communications, we will continue to process your data to protect our interests (Fostra must prove the legitimacy of previously sent commercial communications) and to comply with our legal obligation (not to market to persons who have unsubscribed from our commercial communications).

How long do we keep your data
Your consent is granted until it is withdrawn.
