Personal Development Programme
Students can try out different subjects, find out what they enjoy and gradually decide what to focus on. With the support of a coach and career counselor, they will find their own direction and be prepared for graduation and college.

The concept of education
Optimal number of students in classes, emphasis on English language, interactive teaching. This is the basis of studying at Fostra schools.
We work with students to find their talents, develop them and teach them how to work with them. We encourage collaboration and the development of relationships between year groups. We give students the space to form their personalities, their own opinions and their critical thinking.
We have developed our own methodology, the main idea of which is interaction. We alternate frontal teaching with group teaching. The lessons have a given structure, they build on each other, the students are drawn into the action.

We provide high quality instruction in small study groups. The curriculum is delivered by qualified teaching team with many years of experience not only in education . We also place emphasis on the English language in our teaching . Students also have the opportunity to participate in voluntary conversation groups.
The team also includes coaches and career counsellors who help students not only in the classroom but also through individual interviews. They develop the skills and abilities of the students and the teaching team.
